NSTC’s annual sponsorships connect your company with the North Shore’s technology, biosciences, and sustainability communities for a full year, with various organizational sponsorship and event hosting packages to meet your company’s needs. Platinum, Gold, and Silver include membership for your employees, and every level gives your company visibility with our network of nearly 3,000 contacts.
Below is an outline of our sponsorship levels and benefits. Please contact us to discuss your goals and needs, and we will work with you to find the right fit.
Platinum
Platinum is our premier sponsorship. Your whole team gets member access, your name appears on everything we send, and we work with you directly to build benefits around what your company needs from the region.
- Membership for all employees, including discounted event entry, access to our archived programming, and a listing in our Member Directory
- Your name and logo on all NSTC outreach, including our website and monthly email newsletter
- Recognition at all virtual and in-person events across our Biosciences, Technology, and Sustainability special interest groups (SIGs)
- Tailored benefits, which can include advance participant lists, social media promotion of your work in the region, opportunities to moderate events, and input on programming topics and speakers
- An invitation to the Board’s Annual Meeting
- A dedicated NSTC leader who serves as your point of contact and makes sure your input reaches the organization
Cost: $10,000 per year
Gold
Gold sponsors champion two of our special interest groups and help decide what those groups cover. It’s a good fit for companies that work across more than one of our focus areas.
- Membership for up to 25 employees, including discounted event entry, one free guest with each member registration, access to our archived programming, and a listing in our Member Directory
- 25 free tickets to use at events throughout the year*
- Your name and logo on our website and monthly email newsletter
- Champion status for two SIGs of your choice (Biosciences, Technology, or Sustainability). For each, we’ll invite your ideas for programming and speakers, include your company name in related outreach, registration pages, and day-of materials, and share event participant lists.
Cost: $5,000 per year
Silver
Silver sponsors champion one special interest group, with the same programming input and event visibility Gold sponsors receive in their chosen areas. It’s a strong option for companies with a clear focus in biosciences, technology, or sustainability.
- Membership for up to 10 employees, including discounted event entry, one free guest with each member registration, access to our archived programming, and a listing in our Member Directory
- 10 free tickets to use at events throughout the year*
- Your name and logo on our website and monthly email newsletter
- Champion status for one SIG of your choice (Biosciences, Technology, or Sustainability). We’ll invite your ideas for programming and speakers, include your company name in related outreach, registration pages, and day-of materials, and share event participant lists.
Cost: $2,500 per year
Bronze
Bronze is a flexible way to get your company in front of NSTC’s network. You can sponsor our Mixers throughout the year, or use NSTC’s channels to promote your own events.
- Option 1: Sponsor our Spring, Summer, and Winter Mixers, with your name and logo in event promotion and at each event
- Option 2: Promote three of your own events over the course of the year through NSTC channels, including our monthly email newsletter and LinkedIn
Cost: $1,250 per year
Event Hosts
NSTC events bring the North Shore’s technology community together to network and talk through current technology issues, usually over food and drinks. Event Hosts help cover the cost of each event, which lets us reinvest in future programming.
- Free and discounted event tickets, based on your sponsorship level
- Your name and logo on all event outreach and materials
- The participant list the day before the event and a final attendee list with contact information afterward
- Space at the event to display your promotional materials
- A chance to briefly welcome attendees before the program begins
Cost: $500 to $1,000 per event
*Free tickets are not included for the Women in Technology Forum and the Sustainability Conference.
