NTSC offers various organizational sponsorship and event hosting packages to meet your company’s needs. Below is an outline of our sponsorship levels and benefits. Please reach out to us to discuss your goals and needs, and we will work with you to find a solution that works.
Platinum
At our premier level, Platinum sponsors receive enhanced membership benefits for an unlimited number of employees, allowing all of your staff to enjoy free event participation*, our library of archived programming and inclusion in, and access to, our Member Directory. Platinum sponsors also receive broad marketing opportunities, including your name and logo featured on all NSTC outreach, which includes our website and email blasts to our database of over 3,000 contacts, as well as recognition at our full suite of virtual and in person events related to our Biosciences, Technology, and Sustainability special interest groups (SIGs). Most significantly, our team will work with you to tailor your benefits to your needs, including providing advance participant lists for events, designing social media amplification of your work in the region, moderating events, and input into programming topics and guest speakers. When you become a Platinum sponsor you are also invited to the Board’s Annual Meeting and are partnered with an NSTC leader to ensure your voice is being heard.
Cost: $10,000/year
Gold
Gold-level sponsors receive membership benefits for up to 25 employees, allowing your staff to enjoy discounted event participation, the ability to register a free guest for each registered member registration to standard events*, our library of archived programming and inclusion in, and access to, our Member Directory. Gold sponsors also receive significant marketing opportunities, including your name and logo featured on NSTC’s website and weekly email newsletter distributed to our database of over 3,000 contacts. As a Gold sponsor, you can select to be a champion of two of the following special interest groups (SIG’s): Biosciences, Technology, and/or Sustainability. Once you select your area of interest, NSTC will invite your input for programming ideas and speakers, include your company name on all related area outreach, including the event registration page and day-of event materials, and provide event participant lists. Gold sponsors also receive 25 free tickets to programming that can be used throughout the year for any of our standard events.*

Silver
Silver-level sponsors receive membership benefits for up to 10 employees allowing your staff enjoy discounted event participation, the ability to register a free guest for each registered member registration to standard events*, our library of archived programming, and inclusion in, and access to our Member Directory. Silver marketing opportunities include your name and logo featured on NSTC’s website as well as in our weekly email newsletter distributed to our database of over 3,000 contacts. As a silver sponsor, you become a champion of one preferred special interest group (SIG), selecting either Biosciences, Technology, or Sustainability. For your selected area, NSTC will invite your input for programming ideas and guest speakers and include your company name on all related outreach, including the event registration page and day-of event materials, and provide event participant lists. Silver sponsors also receive 10 free tickets to programming that can be used throughout the year for any of our standard events.*

Event Hosts
The backbone of the NSTC is the many events we run each year designed to facilitate professional networking and information sharing on cutting edge technology issues. We strive to design events that strengthen our thriving North Shore technology ecosystem by allowing time to socialize in a nice setting over food and/or drinks. We seek event sponsors (which we call “Event Hosts”) in order to cover costs and reinvest in future programming. As an Event Host, your company will receive free and discounted event tickets (based on the level of sponsorship) and be recognized on all event outreach and materials. You will receive the participant list a day prior to the event and a final attendee list with contact information post event. On the day of the event, we will also provide you an area to display promotional materials and give you an opportunity to briefly welcome participants prior to the start of the formal program.
Cost: Ranges from $500 to $1000/event
