  The Second Annual NSTC Sustainability for Life Science Conference will focus on how private companies and institutions are driving sustainability within their labs. With federal funding and investment capital at an all-time low, we will examine how Massachusetts and local biotech companies are not only maintaining their goals, but making strides in operating sustainable labs.

  Have you tried to find mentors, peers, and others in the life and/or applied sciences fields who share similar challenges, obstacles, and frustrations with feeling included or able to move your career forward? NSTC and InnoVenture Labs invite you to join us to meet, network, and share experiences with women and others in technical careers. This informal conversation is open to anyone in leadership, science and engineering, or a support role in the life sciences, biotechnology, applied sciences and/or clean tech fields. This is an opportunity to meet diverse people in related scientific fields, form connections, and talk openly about the things we face every day being others in a tech world.

  
  

  About This Month's Speaker

  Antonella Cucchetti, Ph.D., serves as a senior director at Applied Materials, a renowned leader in the semiconductor industry. Her career at Applied Materials spans nearly three decades, during which she has held several roles and contributed significantly to the company's growth and innovation. Over the past ten years, Dr. Cucchetti has been at the forefront of new product development. She leads a large team responsible for bringing innovative tools to the market, demonstrating her expertise in managing complex projects and driving technological advancement within the company. Dr. Cucchetti earned her doctorate in Physics from Brown University and, before joining Applied Material, she worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the accelerators and technology division.
