Join us via Zoom on Wednesday, March 8th to discuss Sustainable Labs with Steven Miller, Executive Director & Founder of The Lab Project.

The presentation is an overview of laboratory impact on the environment and climate. Labs use 10x more of everything as compared to other building types. What is unique is that while lab operations have big energy, waste, water, biohazard issues, there is a desire to minimize their impact! They are scientists and understand climate change. Looking opportunistically, there is so much to work with, TLP can make a difference with our clients by implementing low cost impactful programs. Glove recycling, reducing red bag waste, controlling air flow through Fume hood management, these are the issues we focus on.  We present examples of solutions and client studies and how our non profit makes a difference.

Our Speaker: As the Executive Director of The Lab Project, Steven Miller has been an energy efficiency professional for 30+ years.
